I had pictured this photo before these guys had even stepped on the escalator. I positioned my camera and I waited patiently for a couple, any couple of people. I saw these guys get on and I waited for them to get as close to the left hand side of my chosen composition before tripping the shutter. As soon as they got there… Click! Done.
And then, later, I imported it into Lightroom and… argh!
I saw it. Immediately.
My eyes were drawn to it and I couldn’t let it go. Just like the picture from my post In da square, I had screwed up another composition. Only by a tiny bit but it might as well have been a mile.
I’d tripped the shutter a fraction of a second too late and managed to cut off one of the guy’s fingers.
I hope this isn’t a new habit I’m forming.
